Emulating a blonde bombshell or 50's pin-up is the golden ticket to being bang on trend on the beach this summer, according to the burlesque babe.

Speaking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on This Morning, Miss Blaize unveiled a collection of modern pieces infused with the key characteristics of vintage eras as she talked through key looks donned by models parading the studio catwalk.

'The retro style is flattering for all body types, and that's why we love it' she said.

The models wore swimsuits from Bravissimo, hair pieces from cheap and chic Primark and sunglasses from high-street favourite Topshop and proved that the vintage look is most certainly back.

Speaking about the retro swimsuit, Miss Blaize said: 'It's really fun and cute but it has the engineering to make it really flattering, the lovely ruched panels hold everything in.'

Big hats will be all the rage this summer too, according to the star, who is a fan of bold and bright sun hats.

Describing the floral swimsuit, modeled by Jo, as a 'miracle suit', Miss Blaize maintained that it took ten pounds off any woman's waist.

Although at the more pricey end of the range, at 142, Miss Blaize promised that it was a real investment buy that would last at least five years.

Katya modeled some cute pink shades which are regulars on this season's catwalk, from Prada to Chanel, but can be bought at an economical 16 from Topshop.

'Topshop is fantastic at the moment for something fashion forward and fun for eye-wear, these shades are very Marilyn,' said Miss Blaize.
