OShucks Bar & Grill offers this martini made with sake. It pairs beautifully with a Mars roll from Ahh Sushi, which shares space with the bar. The drink is made of Momokawa Diamond sake, ginger-infused simple syrup, lychee juice and a floating cucumber garnish. The sushi roll ($15.95) has spicy tempura shrimp and cucumber wrapped with tuna, avocado and crab covered in sweet eel sauce.
