The 19-year-old singer looks all grown up in a salacious, pink and red floral printed Nanette Lepore gown with a plunging neckline. With her hair blowing in the breeze, Gomez rocks a smoky eye and an intense stare, adding a bit of drama to her relaxed look.

Inside the mag, Selena dishes in her very public relationship with Justin Bieber. "I'm just like every 19-year-old girl. If you're in love, you're in love to the fullest, and you just want to go to the movies, hang out, and be as normal as possible," she told the magazine. "I'm fortunate that I've found someone who has that philosophy."

"I tried to show the glitter of the public life and the sadness in Marilyn's eyes," the artist told The Sun. "Because of who Rihanna is, everything had to be done through her interior decorators. But they told me afterwards she loved it." The Monroe art piece took four months to finish, measures five by five fee! t, weigh s 182 pounds and is drenched with crystals. Jullian James Releases New Album Featuring Mya

Rocking the same glittering Dolce & Gabbana blazer Beyonce wore at the 2011 VMAs, Jullian James threw one hell of an album release party on Tuesday (Jan. 31) at NYC's Hudson Terrace. Blending pop, R&B and soul, the singer mixes crooner vocals with the dance moves of Liza Minnelli. "I love fashion. Can you tell by my jacket?" Jullian mused to Billboard at the event. "Nothing is more classic then a man in a suit.
